No proper responses from HR
Need to follow-up with SPOC for months to know status updates (like leave balance, HR letter, etc...)
No response to emails you send for enquiry
SPOC / HR will feel that they are working 24*7*365 , never picks the call
You will never get proper update from anyone.
Employee will never know when your SPOC / HR gets changed. Today it will be one, when you call tomorrow it will be someone else. You need to discuss / start from scratch with your new SPOC saying your concerns
