Company doesn't seem to care about staffing shortage which causes them close lobbies for branches thus hurting that branches potential to be successful and hurting their customer base as well with the unreliable hours Very strict tardiness policy, no 5 minute grace, getting written up over being a minute late is astounding. Outdated dress code policies, dresses and skirts have to be knee length.
