Awful - Anonymous employee Commvault Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m of course disappointed to hear how you have experienced your time at Commvault, as that is obviously not what we strive to create. As an organization, we pride ourselves in providing an energizing environment of growth and development that embodies all of our values which is thankfully also the vast majority of Vaulters experience according to our recent engagement survey. We recognize that we are not perfect but are excited by the many and steadily increasing internal career moves that we’ve seen over the past year across the entire organization. As a fast growing organization we are committed to supporting the growth of our entire Vaulter community no matter the function or department they sit within. As such we continue to invest heavily in resources like the Commvault University, development days, career workshops, external speakers, unlocking potential conversations, Toastmaster groups as well as our internal careers portal. Not only because we want to but because we have to: It’s what will continue to fuel our growth as a company, given the single biggest asset we have is the people making up Commvault.
