-Friendly managers -Helpful co-workers -Fun office events and parties -Inclusive and friendly workspace -Your choice when it came to deciding the path of growth (which department you'd like to work towards) -Decent severance package which included a service to help prep/get a new job (pre-pandemic)
Cons
-Sometimes getting in touch with other departments or higher up coworkers was a hassle or too late -Great amenities in the office, no time to use them -Stories of people starting at the bottom, working well above and beyond (after hours, on their own time) shoved down our throats as "the" way to grow within the company -Dept was outsourced -Once the outsourcing process had begun, it was everyone for themselves to try to get hired onto another position before the last day.
