Over the past year, I have been working in the role of Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and have worked closely with Deepak and Olavo as manager of the ISR team. Thanks to the good guidance of the gentlemen and the entire onboarding procedure they have drawn up for me, I have laid a solid foundation for my work within the company. After making the transition to the role of Commercial Account Executive (CAE), I make daily use of the knowledge I have gained within the ISR team. The recurring meetings with the entire ISR team have given me very good insights into the different aspects that you encounter in the role of Sales. During these meetings, we regularly have sparring sessions about daily sales opportunities so that you can go into the field better prepared. Whenever there was a question or subject that I needed support with, the two gentlemen were always available (day and night) to support me with this. No question was too much, and both gentlemen are very pleasant to deal with. Since I have a very positive experience with my time within the ISR team, I can highly recommend the position.
