Takes care of the customer. Takes care of the employees from an HR perspective.
Cons
Sales alignment with different revenue streams (On Premise, SaaS) is very poor. Sales plans change every year. Ambiguity as to who owns what part of the portfolio is very frustrating. Announcements of said change are made but no clear path as to plan to implement within the organization. Who's on first?
