      - The work depends on team and maybe very specific in a particular domain not widely used, but I have seen internal opportunities pop up for people who wanna do something different. - Promotion and Appraisal are not at all related to performance, you cannot get promoted quickly even if you work harder or show results, it's only based on YOE
