Flexibility Management - if you get a great leader much like any other company your experience could be great. Benefits - pretty even with everywhere else nothing extra high cost. HR Dept - Always there for you not much they can do.
Cons
All these Vary by Dept. Management - It all depends of what department your in, but Compass seems to let each department head run as a Small country if you get stuck with Fidel Castro then your SOL. no one will help you. Growth opportunities - only if you become friends with the right people. Technology - old technology not very bleading/razor/dull edge more like 1990's apps running on modern platforms. If you looking for a place to retire and be doing the same tasks for the next 20 years this is the place for you!
