      You will gain intimate knowledge of genuinely good food, and you will have options to learn from available knowledge to get better opportunities.

      Cons

      The company is far more focused on sales than quality of food and employee benefits and/or employee wellbeing. In a single month we lost three employees due to poor management and pay discrepancy alone.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.
