Pros
Job itself is easy. It is fast paced for the most part and serving food to the customers could be very rewarding. I made several friends here who will be in my life forever.
Cons
No room for growth. They would promise opportunities and raises and yet never follow through. My direct manager said very cruel and hurtful things towards me, even when performing my job to the best of my abilities. I could look past all of it if it weren’t for the lies. The lack of communication made it near impossible to accomplish anything at their “standards”. Their standards change daily and were never communicated clearly to people below upper management.
