Doesn't matter how good s job you do you get maybe a 25 cent raise a year, different standards for everyone, won't hire one persons family but will hire someone else's family, too much employee turn over, offer a promotion then take it away, one person can't call out but another can at least once every other week, don't look into a person's credentials,long hours
