      The pay is good and the benefits are better than none.

      Cons

      The management can be better in my opinion it lacks and is flawed. Connections can go a long way.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
