Decent enough - Director Compass Group USA Employee Review

Retirement plan is poor. Benefits are super expensive. No stocks/no pension. Also, everything is very disconnected- you never can find the right person when you have a specialized issue whether it's IT, HR, or anything else. The organizational structure has not been tended to as the company has exploded in growth, causing chaos.
