Pros
You get what you put in. Top employees that show up when scheduled and work get management team that is there for what ever you need. Medical time off, family time to see kids games and extra hours when available to cover unexpected bills.
Cons
Younger team members find ways not to work while on the job. Hospital travel nurses and mis technicians think all Transport staff are the same. They are not very nice. However staff nurses are Awesome!
