You’re better off in a some small restaurants. If you enjoy working with people who don’t speak English or have miserable attitudes this is your place. You’ll find typical chefs whose job titles have gone to their heads. Many of their clients are jerks who treat the FOH staff horribly because they think they’re important. Staff are horribly overworked.
