Pros
Collaborative environment with aggressive client solutions. Continually looking outside the legacy delivery models to develop new, evolved ways of delivering service to new and old clients.
Cons
Not progressive in logical compensation of Associates. Would rather take a risk at hiring from outside at a greater rate, than promote internally to a commensurate pay rate. "There isn't a button for that percentage increase...therefore it can't be done."
