Pros
( I am only talking about this specific process called FOC, there are many others on the floor) Work Load is less. Simple and decent colleagues. Team leads are friendly. Good if you are good to them. Even if you aren't good, they won't bother you. Good for those people who like to do routine monotonous work. I would recommend this company only to such people. Two processes that you might get to learn something ( I think) are NOC (Network Operation Center) and CSD (CompuCom Service Desk). FOC becomes routine and less challenging.
Cons
After a point of time work becomes stagnant, and it can get extremely boring at work. And that point of time usually occurs in the very first few months of joining. Unless if you know how to fun on your own, the process will get on your nerves. Career growth can be an issue here.
