Pros
Many of the people working here have been with the company for a very long time. The impression I have is that these people with long tenure are not dead weight, but rather successful people that have grown with the company over the years. There is a lot of good experience to tap from many seasoned individuals.
Cons
The company is going through a lot of change in senior leadership and it is sending shockwaves throughout the entire organization.
