Pros
Co-workers are really helpful and have the 'no question is a dumb one' attitude. Good benefits Pay is decent if you're just starting in the IT field Certifications for free if you're an employee Not too busy for a call-centre type of environment OT happens sometimes if you like that 2.5 pay if you work holidays
Cons
No raises / bonuses (their policy), hence the reason most people leave within a year or two No growth potential: you're stuck at the same role unless someone gets fired Managers treat you like you're a kid. They also trick the system to maintain SLA's. One of their clients found out and they got in trouble. But, they just keep at it. You'll need a stiff upper lip to deal with them. They'll keep piling work on you, thinking that you're a robot.
