      Most of the decision making is Transparent. Employees get to know about it from senior management. I found the team environment good and peaceful, and people are supportive.

      Cons

      Depending on the team, the workload can vary; some teams may have less work, but it was overloaded in my case.

      Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
