Pros

-Highly stable company. It has a great program for trainings (internal and external). -Good chance to get acquaintance with new cultures (Germany, USA, Rumania, India, etc) -Good Work/Life balance

Cons

-Static positions in Design Groups once you hit the highest level (junior-full-senior). You need to look for a Management Position or stay really long time as an engineer. -Projects are long. It takes 2 to 3 years to complete a project. During this time you will not be exposed to new technologies. Not good for a designer

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
