Pros

Decent 401k match of 6% right from day 1, no vesting period Alright PTO compensation at 17 days as starting employee, with option to purchase up to 10 days Internal process to learn design guidelines was good Decent co-workers within BU both locally and abroad

Cons

Engineering jobs being moved from US to Mexico and Germany to Romania to reduce costs Lots of meetings making it hard to get work done Watched many star employees leave after being overworked into the ground Managers have poor communication with project teams and how many resources they need Project teams never staffed enough Requests for more resources to meet project timing always responded with it's not in the budget American and German management communication is poor and not well aligned Work life balance is spotty No additional PTO until 8 years of employment Meetings with China outside of working hours at times like 5am and 10pm Not sure what point the company goals serve, you're disposable like at any other American company

Pros

Pay and benefits are pretty good

Cons

Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
