Pros

Great benefits and bonus compensation programs.

Cons

Long hours. Disorganized and chaotic. Not welcoming to external hires. No formal training. Upper management plays favorites and acknowledges gossip/rumors. Too many systems and platforms. Minimal salary increases. Each department works as their own entity.

Cons

Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
