Coupa is a company where you are empowered to contribute. The 3 core values of Ensuring Customer Success, Focus on Results and Strive for Excellence are your guideposts for everything you do. The issue at Coupa is not whether you can contribute, but how much are you willing to contribute. Leadership focuses on what matters not on political mumbo-jumbo which is a great departure from some of the software companies I have worked for in the past. Looking back at my 3 years here I can honestly say that this is a great place to work.

The value proposition is unlike anything else in the market and there is so much opportunity for us to make a difference in our communities. I love being part of the Coupa Village and look forward to many years with the company.

I haven't experienced any cons to working at Coupa. For a sales role, you need to be a hunter and need to be able to make it happen working remotely.
