      Company is growing but Coupa Pune center is not

      Pros

      - Work culture, no bar on office timing & WFH facility - Awesome colleagues - Work on things on which you are interested (conditional) - New tools and technologies - Nice office - Visionary CEO

      Cons

      - Always needs to fight to get your interested work - Worst HR & management - While interviewing you will feel that you are cracking Google/Facebook but once you get in you will get realise that work is very similar to typical service based company. - Coupa Pune is on the way of becoming typical service based company rather then a product based. - Not at all appreciation from your local manager - Only blunders, no practical implementation

      A Honest Feedback on Hyderabad

      Pros

      Company is really good, a lot of employee benefits, Compensation and RSU benefits.

      Cons

      I don’t recommend anyone to join on Hyderabad/Boca, Florida If you got an offer as a developer from Coupa Hyderabad/Florida I would say “reconsider your decision”. Favouritism, Micromanagement, Lots of internal politics, You will miss work life balance.
