Pros

- Household name - Benefits used to be a strong point - Recognition & mediocre commission are possible if you completely disregard the classroom training and outperform constantly shifting, unrealistic expectations. - Hybrid/Work from home (if you earn it each month plus each quarter)

Cons

- Health insurance costs rise dramatically every year with less value (just like the services provided to customers) - Pay and incentives decrease while expectations increase - Unrealistic, conflicting performance metrics - Inconsistent coaching and lack of genuine development - Services aren’t competitive or reliable in many areas (or even functuonal in others) yet agents are penalized for loss of business - Trained to be honest and helpful (which will result in failed metrics and ultimately termination) but incentivized to do the exact opposite - Bad actors face ZERO accountability - Burnout is widespread

Pros

Experienced Enterprise Data Architect with Strong Manufacturing & Telecom Expertise

Cons

Documentation and knowledge sharing can be improved to reduce dependency on a few key people. Decision‑making sometimes takes longer due to multiple approval layers. More investment in training and upskilling would benefit the teams.

Pros

Great work/life balance, culture and benefits. Work from home. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Merging with Charter this year. If I still have a job after the merger, I'll be losing unlimited PTO, WFH, culture and who knows about work/life balance. Some may be asked to move to CT. At the end of 2024 the company offered a generous VSP. Knowing the upcoming severance packages we may be offered by Charter, some of us feel betrayed.
