Good benefits. Pool table, foosball table and free fountain drinks in the break room. Discounted cable, phone, and internet services.
Cons
Little room for advancement. Some managers play favorites. Company promotes open door policy yet the majority of the front line employees do not feel comfortable "speaking up" out of fear of retaliation. As long as you're meeting sales goals or quotas you are treated like the "golden child", if you're struggling you can plan on being placed on a development or performance plan in the near future.
