Documentation and knowledge sharing can be improved to reduce dependency on a few key people.
Decision‑making sometimes takes longer due to multiple approval layers.
More investment in training and upskilling would benefit the teams.

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
