Cons
This place isn't for those who don't adapt well to change. The business constantly iterates through org design as it strives to find the best mix that helps achieve the company goals. This also is a tough environment for anyone who is less than an A player. Those who don't measure up to the expectations of the leadership and their peers are quickly identified and moved out.
