Really difficult to think of any other than this: if you're looking for vertical growth opportunities, CA doesn't have many layers of management and it is a small company in a niche industry, so you may not have the same quantity of opportunities to move up as you might find at a larger financial services company. However, if you're okay with lateral growth opportunities in a great environment, you will not find a company that cares more about its employees than CA.
