Pros
The culture within the company is absolutely great. The company is moving in strides with Diversity and Inclusion amongst always being aware of the things that is going on in the world.
Cons
HR doesn't even let you think they have your back and will fight for you. They always take the bosses side however if they have no choice and they have to defend you, just wait because you will be under the spotlight and they will find something no matter how small it is, to get rid of you. They are called People Advisors however they are really Credit Acceptance advisors.
