Pay sucks, no advancement possibilities, and management is too much. There was a 1x1 every week--for absoloutely no reason, and they can see EVERYTHING you do!! Call quality monitors are mandatory and you have a set number that will be done each month. They listen in on your calls AND can see what you're doing on the screen while you're on the call. If you don't state the robotic prompts every phone call, then you're marked down on quality. It's not about helping the customer, it's about metrics. Pay sucks, so you have to kill yourself for the monthly bonus to make the job worth it. Guaranteed to burnout withih a few months. Not a GPTW. Management treats employee engagement and team collaboration like a cult. If you just want to do your job and logoff, this isn't the place for you. They play favorites based on who they like personally more than who does the best work.
