My sales team, my colleagues and my store manager. we have a lovely small close team in my shop that I wish was an independent shop
Cons
Company does not care about people. I’m on my last 2 weeks in the company as I’m being made redundant but they still employ pointless, useless area managers that never visit stores don’t know what’s going on and have added no benefit since creating the role. Culture of fear that is all about selling account cards, personally had work related stress from the pressure of cards
