Pros
There are a lot of great experiences that come through audit. you see a lot of things within companies that employees who have been there for years don't even get to see. High level information on how companies are run and function which makes a job straight out of college very interesting. As a first job straight out of college, it's a tremendous learning experience. however, they understate how much you would be working. the hours are insane and there is no "official busy season" - it could be any time or all year long. although they say they promote work life balance, they seem to work people 15+ hours a day and sometimes weekends. pay is not enough to compensate for this.
Cons
The hours are very long and intense. You work in small teams, so if you do not get along with the team you are currently placed on, you have no choice but to stay with them. even though they advertise work life balance, there really isn't any. although they give you almost a month worth of days off, you really do use them, and its difficult to put them on your schedule because it gets booked. there is a lot of office politics of who favors who. if you get a bad manager or bad senior, as a staff, you suffer.
