Pros
Flexibility in your work situation and remote access is great. Many colleagues work from home at least one day per week-this is great for working parents. There are many great programs relating to cultural diversity that promote and enhance a very inclusive environment for staff.
Cons
DB has the potential to be an exceptional environment for real growth and development, however there is way to go before that becomes a reality. Current management changes, ongoing upheaval and outsourcing makes this difficult. This puts undue stress on staff who are looking for guidance and direction.
