      Decent pay, great offices, relaxed atmosphere most of the time, but hard working and professional

      Cons

      the internal politics, the lack of senior managers admitting mistakes, and the gap in pay and promotion to a lot of people who deserve it to the people who tell the bosses they look great every day.
