Pros

Good pay for store managers

Cons

I worked there 8 years and in that time had 5 district managers and 4 regional managers! Turnover is BAD so what does that tell you? Corperate puts to much control in the District managers hands and does not follow up to know how they are treating store managers. If you complain all that happens is Reginal Manager comes out and no matter what you say they side with the district managers!

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
