Pros

Job itself is fine. Corporate higher ups are generally pretty nice.

Cons

It is an absolute romper room of deflection, rampant cronyism and schoolyard tattling at a crumbling hotel. You're held to unrealistic expectations, while expected to accomplish the impossible. If you've a favorite, every mistake is ignored and you'll receive every possible accolade, enjoying complete protection. If you're not, everything you do and say will be turned against you. You can forget about making you numbers, whatever they are.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
