Pros

Manager and coworkers are nice and understanding. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Hours you have to work, have to work weekends, terrible training for new hires, questions don’t get answered and when someone responds they do it for you and don’t show how something is done.

Thank you for your honest thoughts. Our customer experience associates are the frontline support for our dedicated users. That support leads to athletic contests that occur in the evenings and on the weekends. We shared your feedback with CX leadership. We encourage you to speak with your direct manager and HR Business Partner regarding assisting your needs better. Jason

Pros

The pros about this place is that if you want a quiet area to work when you do work there out of 3 days out of the week that they have you work there. At least that's what it was when I worked there I don't know if they've changed it. Then you work 2 days at home. It's very quiet. Most the time there is nobody there. They will train you and help you but you will eventually have to be able to do it on your own.

Cons

If you switch over to departments don't depend on the company keeping you. If you mess up. The company was literally going through a buyout with the lottery company when I was working there and everything was crashing. So I got let go because there were a lot of errors and the system that they upgraded to was worse than the one that we worked on. So basically if anything happens with the systems just make sure that you know what you're doing and that you catch up on everything.
