Pros

- Proactive in adopting latest technology in the industry - Software Dev not afraid to try new things and have test projects - Production timeline very well paced, not a lot of OT if at all - Consistent work line up - Fantastic tech support and pipeline for a legacy studio

Cons

- Too many sequels, projects become samey really quickly - Very top heavy. So many sups and leads so too many cooks in the kitchen sometimes - People who have been there for a while (7+ years) tend to be cliquey and don't trust new artists. It's a problem because the longer you stay, the more likely you will be in a management position, so there's a real chance talented new comers will be cut off or discouraged
