      Pros

      Great environment and great people. Dreamworks Animation is a happy place to work and I really enjoy being there. It feels like a small company and everyone is friendly and happy to help each other out.

      Cons

      Sometimes communications between departments can break down a bit and it takes a while to learn the lay of the land.
