      Shift leads and management gossip about employees and each other. Breaks are inconsistently enforced, and some employees are treated unfairly. Negative work culture makes it difficult to feel supported or grow.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
