      Depends on location, though mine got generous tips, regulars would typically give $3-5 each for every shift. Customers are pleasant, most coworkers are nice to work with (location dependent), if you had a queer manager it was great

      Management, always was management; never does their proper job (make the schedule), condescending to workers (customer complaints online can confirm this), arbitrary and unclear rules, improper training procedure

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
