      Working for Dunkin is a good starter job. The benefits, including food you get to take home, are strong, and the tips can be large on busy days.

      Cons

      It can at times be a stressful and fast-paced environment, particularly on Sundays when there's a morning rush.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
