      Work was interesting and fast paced.

      Cons

      No breaks, checks ran a week behind, was told I'd be paid 8.00 per hour but only received 7.25 per hour.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
