      Get to have coffee whenever you want. Conversing with others and enjoying a sense of community.

      Cons

      You are not respected whatsoever by managerial staff. Your rights are taken away if things get 'too busy.'

      Great for a teenage first job. Responsibilities were shared and I learnt a lot about the hospitality industry
