      Easy work, even though it's hectic most of the job is quite easy.

      Cons

      Employee turnover is high. Hours are long. Not enough pay for what could be 60-70 hours a week if you don't have the right team

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
