      Pros

      Customers! I worked in a local town and my guests were always so appreciative of me. I loved brightening up their days simply by making them a coffee!

      Cons

      They care about money and looking good on paper. They don't care about employees in the slightest. Not even when they are in the hospital after getting injured on the job.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
