      COVID shut down forced me to collect unemployment and I never returned due to a huge change in my situation.. The pay wasn't adequate for all the responsibility and what they expected or required of this position..

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
