Employee feedback from listening efforts is reviewed and helps inform initiatives and program updates as the organization continues to evolve, even when that feedback reflects challenging or uncomfortable themes. At the same time, we continue to assess how processes, expectations, and leadership practices support both the business and our people.
Periods of change and restructuring can create uncertainty, and we understand the impact that can have. While we don’t comment on individual situations, we aim to approach these moments thoughtfully and with care for those affected.
